Letterboxing is a pastime that is rather like a nature scavenger hunt, and is spreading in popularity. It involves following clues to locate hidden boxes and is fun for the entire family.
Three letterbox challenges are hidden at the Genesee Country Nature Center. Each can be completed in an average of from 25 to 60 minutes.
Just have ready a compass, logbook, hand stamp and ink pad; download the clues here, and you’re on your way.
Letterboxing is free with museum admission and is permitted only during museum hours. Please check in at Admissions.
