Earth Camp 2008 Children who love having fun outdoors will find Earth Camp a memorable experience. Earth Camp is a weeklong summer enrichment program for youth entering grades 1-8. There’s also a half-day program for younger children. Campers will choose a camp name, participate in crafts and hikes, and gain valuable knowledge of the natural world through hands-on exploration of nature Center habitats including ponds, woodland and meadows. Each week campers will explore the world that is all about them. Through games, hikes, crafts and team-building activities, they will become familiar with the natural world and discover their place as a member of the local ecosystem. Each child receives a T-shirt on the first day of camp. Busing and extended care options are available for the full-day programs only; please see the Registration Form for details.
