The museum offers a variety of affordably priced meeting places both indoors
and outdoors that can accommodate groups of varying sizes. And with the
help of our experienced event coordinator, your next gathering, whether
it’s a casual staff retreat or full-scale conference will be one

Meeting Center
This multi-purpose facility includes a lounge, auditorium and dining room
with flexible space for hundreds of guests.
Exhibition Hall
Patterned after a 19th-century barn, this impressive 50’ x 100’ structure can be opened at both ends and provides plenty of space for
barn dances, corporate events, parties, trade shows and exhibits.
Freight House
This authentic depot from Phelps, N.Y., features train decor and is ideally
suited for small meetings, dinners and retreats. It has bar service available
and an attached outdoor deck with picnic tables for warm weather events.
The Town Hall
Originally located in South Lima, N.Y., this historic structure is in
the center of the historic village and is perfect for small meetings or
social events.
Victorian Garden Pavilion
Treat your guests to 19th-century hospitality amidst the beautiful historic
village. Enjoy cocktails and dinner in a garden setting that includes
a three-tiered fountain.
John L. Wehle Art Gallery
Accommodates smaller groups for cocktail receptions, wedding rehearsal
dinners and dinner parties all in the elegant setting of the art gallery.
Your guests can tour the gallery and view works spanning four centuries.
